Another brilliant weekend!

Hannah came to visit again this weekend! We had a super time of doing lots of cool stuff. Hannah was a bit ill mostly on Sunday but is better now.

On about Thursday I made some of this stuff. It's very nice and seems to work well.

Lots of people / bands at Vibraphonic. Lood goooood.

Got a house? If so, get lots of cool random furniture and stuff from here.

Go to Stuff on my Cat right now. Cats + stuff = awesome!

Exams are over!

Woo! I had 2 exams today and now they're over! They went pretty well I think.

If you haven't seen them, check out Tom's Yesense episodes - they rock.

Just another manic Monday

Well, as you can see, I've changed the look of my blog. It's now muich scarier. I haven't finished yet: soon it should have nice smooth corners, less grey and more colors. Possibly orange again. You can now get an email every time I blog! Just put your email address in here!

On Wednesday night I did my bioinformatics. Starting after 1am was probably a bad idea, but I got it done in not too much time and hopefully did pretty well.

Fryday was driving day, where I drove to my lovely girlfriend Hannah's house in Egham. We then proceeded to go to my cousins wedding just round the corner of London. T'was a super fun day of marriage (the vicar said "sexual union" in the service. I didn't know they said that) and food and speeches. The next morning was Sunday, so Hannah and I went to her church in Egham. We then had chocolate bread and butter pudding for lunch. Mmmmmm.

I had planned to leave soon after 2pm so I could get back to Exeter to revise but fortunately I didn't leave until about 4. I got back and did a little revising but probably not enough. Now it's today (for the first time!) and I've got lots of revising to do for my 2 exams tomorrow.

MSN wont sign me in now. I think I'll make some coffee then go to campusland. Ooh, I seem to have lots of Delerium music now. Excellent. I shall also soon have every bond film ever. Exciting.

I need to work!

I should have started work ages ago. Never mind. While I'm working, here's some pandas. They're so incredibly cute!

Good afternoon readers

Today is Wednesday, the middle of the week. Nothing to get too enthusiastic about.

Last weekend Hannah came to Exeter! We had a super time! This weekend I'm going to London to see Hannah, then on Saturday we're going to my cousin Rachel's wedding! Should be super duper!

This site has lots of interesting or funny photos of signs. Some of my favourites are about dogs, excellent rooms, dangerous trees and frogs, dead ends and cathedrals. I also now know what to get Hannah for Valentines day!

If you like music or videos, have a look at the top 50 music videos of 2005. Not a bad selection methinks. This is a cool gravity game. I'm not very good at it yet. Can't get over about 2000. This is an awesome video, which makes pi fun!

More random links: make your wireless internet faster, the best guide to music, questions unanswered by science and feasability of Noah's ark.

Now is Ram time, not for drinking but for meeting with course students to plan our attack to destroy the university. Or something. This afternoon I have a CA training session at 3pm. I hope I don't forget.

Unusual photo update

Here's an intersting medley of semi-interesting photos I've recently taken. Enjoy, with a pinch of salt.

My Polo has now done over 70,000 miles. That's about 10,000 miles a year since it was made. That's just under 30 miles a day. Crazy!

Han and I went to Swanage for a walk and we saw a pair of trainers tied together that had been thrown over a telephone cable across a street. Looks like a challange.

I took a photo of our TV back home because there was something really interesting on it. I can't work out what is it now. Oh bother.

Lidl sell the most interesting games. It does sound like fun.

The second graphic designer on the BBC Narnia series is called Joanna Cheese! What an awesome name! I may ahve to change mine.

Sign modification is usually funny. This was a bit funny at the time, but seems a bit boring now.

Seaweed bird of unbewafflement

On visiting my big sister (Vicky) in Weymouth I found some seaweed. I managed to birdify it with one of my feet. Probably my left one.

Pete's 21st birthday in December

For Pete's birthday we went to the Hog's Head as they have half priceyness. Woo! They also have turbo-jenga.
We rigged up 20 party poppers to go off in virtually simultaneously. Brilliant and dangerous.
Pete almost managed to drink 1/2 a yard of lager. But failed.

Super brilliant news!

Firstly, and by far most importantly, Hannah and I are going out! Woo! (Note: That link isn't actually Hannah, it's just Hannah's blog. Hannah in real life is more amazing than any link.)

Christmas was super. Lots of nice food + people + presents. New year was also super. Lots of fun + not too much drinking.

The day after new years day (that's the second, to all you people from numberland) I managed to ask Hannah out. It was really scary but most definately worth it. We had a super week of mostly doing nothing, which was fantastic. For anyone who hasn't tried it, fall (not like "oops, I fell" more like "weeeee") in love - it's incredible + the most amazing thing ever! I'll stop being all soppy now.

On Sunday we had to leave to go to different universities. For me it was Exeter. For Hannah it was Royal Holloway in EggHam (I found this nice looking food whilst searching for that photo). We hadn't been apart for that long before so it wasn't very nice. Luckily there's lots of cool people in Exeter to keep me company and with the marvel of mobile telephones and the interweb we are keeping in contact lots. And Hannah's coming to visit on Fryday!

Term starts today so I have work to do now. Christmas photos are on their way...
